This application form has been designed to obtain all the information we may need from you during the application/registration process to attend our program. We ask that you please submit clear and accurate information to avoid any delays. Our Admissions Committee will review your application as soon as possible. It usually takes 5 - 7 business days to hear back from us regarding your application. If you do not hear back from us within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folders or email us. Applicants will be selected according to their current position and relevant professional expertise and to maintain cross-regional and national balance. Accepted applicants will be informed via email after a decision is reached on their application.

We encourage all applicants to submit their applications as early as possible so that they have enough time to obtain an entry visa to the USA if needed, etc.

Note: The sessions will be conducted in English, so participants must have a good command of this language.

Course fee includes: Program tuition, hotel accommodations for six (6) nights (arrival Sunday, July 26, departure Saturday, August 1), daytime meals Monday – Friday (breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks), social dinner Thursday and electronic reading and classroom material.

Single Course: Benchmarking Infrastructure Operations - US $4,795
August 3 - 6, 2026
Course fee includes: Program tuition, hotel accommodations for five (5) nights (arrival Sunday, August 2, departure Friday, August 7), daytime meals Monday – Thursday (breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks), social dinner Wednesday, and electronic reading and classroom material.

Two Courses: Energy & Water Pricing and Benchmarking Infrastructure Operations - US $9,995
July 27 - August 6, 2026
Course fee includes: Program tuition, hotel accommodations for twelve (12) nights (arrival Sunday, July 26, departure Friday, August 7), daytime meals Monday – Friday for 1st week and Monday – Thursday for 2nd week (breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch), two social dinners and electronic reading and classroom material.

Payment Policy*

I understand that if I am accepted to participate in the program, proof of payment for my attendance is due by Friday, June 26, 2026 (USD $5,795 for Energy & Water Pricing, USD $4,795 for Benchmarking Infrastructure Operations, and USD $9,995 for Energy + Benchmarking. Cancellation Policy*

I understand that cancellation(s) must be made in writing on or before Friday, July 3, 2026 to be eligible for a refund minus a $600 cancellation fee. After July 3, 2026, up to an additional 20 percent cancellation fee will be applied (with additional charges for no-shows). Qualified substitutions may be considered in lieu of cancellation. In the event of cancellation by the University of Florida due to weather related events or low enrollment, you will be notified at the email address provided in your application. In the event of such postponement or cancellation, paid registration fees will be deferred to a future program. Request for a full refund should be submitted in writing to PURC. The University of Florida is not responsible for any travel arrangements, travel fees, or any travel expenses incurred by you or your organization as a result of your acceptance.
