Events are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis. When scheduling your events, please first check our Student Events Calendar to make sure you are avoiding conflicts with other events. This does not apply to events that are listed “by invitation only,” as these are not considered conflicts.

Note: Thursdays are reserved for companies participating in the Professional Speaker Series. To inquire about participating in the Professional Speaker Series, email Jesse Boyles. Any requests for events on Thursdays will not be considered until after your appearance in the Professional Speaker Series has been confirmed by Dr. Boyles. If your firm is participating in our Speaker Series, and you would like to hold an additional event on the Thursday of your presentation, please fill out the form below. No other reservations will be accepted for Thursdays.
